Gabriel Quintanilla- The Pedophile Killed By The Brothers of His Victim
Gabriel Quintanilla was a wanted sexual offender who was attacked and killed by his stepchildren after he assaulted their sister.

Two brothers from Texas and a buddy were arrested last year for reportedly killing their stepfather by beating him to death after he was accused of sexually assaulting their nine year old sister.
The brothers became "enraged" after their sister made the unsettling claim that their stepfather had inappropriately touched her.
Authorities have been looking for Quintanilla since 2019, when an arrest warrant was issued for him on suspicion of sexually abusing another minor.
After hearing their sister's charges, the brothers allegedly confronted Quintanilla in an RV park.

The brawl was broken up, but it resurfaced later that day at a nearby apartment complex.
According to police, the brothers' friend joined in the second fight.
The trio left the complex, but returned a short time later with a truck, where they discovered Quintanilla injured and alone on the road.
Alejandro Trevino, 18, and his brother, Christian Trevino, 17, alongside their friend, Juan Eduardo Melendez, beat 42-year-old Gabriel Quintanilla and abandoning him in a field.
According to police, the three teenagers then beat him to a pulp with brass knuckles.
He was allegedly loaded into the back of a pickup vehicle and thrown in a field in McAllen, where he was later found.
Despite sustaining significant head damage, cops believe Quintanilla was still alive when he was left in the field.

The three teenagers were charged with capital murder.
"Capital murder because he was kidnapped when he was taken in the back of the F-150 and dropped off somewhere else," Pharr Chief of Police Andy Harvey.
"And then at the scene where they dropped him off, the Treviño's removed, stole some property from Quintanilla.
"This investigation was complex having multiple scenes," he added.
"I am proud of how our detectives were able to put the pieces together in such a short time."
Public Agitation
Yet, hundreds of thousands of people signed a petition urging Texas Governor Greg Abbott to release the teenagers.

Hundreds of thousands of people signed an online petition declaring that the trio deserved to be released for defending their sister.
"We request that the state of Texas free these teenagers, who could face life in jail for protecting their sister."
Signees claim the teenagers are "innocent" and did "what the law failed to do" after their sister was "failed."
"They are heroes," said another.
He Was Wanted By The Police
According to police, they attempted to locate Quintanilla in 2019, but he had not been seen since the arrest warrant was issued until his body was discovered in the field.

He was wanted in Pharr, Texas, for an unrelated case of persistent sexual abuse of a minor and family violence.
Between 2014 and 2016, a youngster allegedly claimed he sexually molested her.
The detectives went out to hunt for Quintanilla and were unable to find him
"They checked his last known address and went to his mother's house several times without finding him; he successfully evaded arrest.
Quintanilla's identity had been recorded into a national database, but he had been on the run ever since.
Charges
Melendez and Trevino were both charged with capital murder and aggravated assault.
Alexandro Trevino is accused of severe assault and participation in organized crime.
Melendez was released from jail in August of that same year on $362,000 in bonds.
As for the Christian and Alejandro, they both remain in jailed on $150,000 in bonds.
Recent Development
A little more than a year after the vengeful killing of their 42-year-old stepfather, the Pharr brothers stood in court earlier this year, according to myrgv .

His lawyer, Carlos Garcia, requested more time from state District Judge Fernando Mancias because evidence was still being entered and indicated that Christian's brother, Alejandro Santos, 19, had a hearing near the end of March.
Garcia proposed waiting until Alejandro's hearing to decide what to do next with the lawsuit, and Mancias agreed.
