I want to lay down but I don't really have time for that, I guess I can stop working on the computer and gather some more time for the timer by completing menial tasks for a while.

Basically I have a timer with the capacity to hold 99 minutes. Each task on my list, no matter whether it is as simple as brushing my teeth or as complicated as going to the grocery store, each tasks adds 10 minutes to the timer, sometimes tasks can be as simple as texting a person but, I also have a limit to how many of those tasks I am able to do.

So as you can see in the picture above, this is the format of the page.

Top priorities - Places I am going that day or Projects/Homework I want to work on. ( I also put Vocal Entries and when I used to stream on Twitch in that section too )

For Tomorrow - Things that I want to buy. Yea I limit myself to only buying that many things in a day. If I need to buy more than that then it steals from the next day. I also use it for when I need to pay for credit cards or deposit checks. ( gaining money as well )

Appointment/Calls - Any time I have to talk to someone on the phone, text, or email. I don't really put it down for when I have to meet up with people, that usually is a Top Priorities thing but, I sometimes write it here too for double points if I don't really want to talk to the person.

Then of course is the main To-Do List - I just put any sort of task there, everything else sort of fits into that category.

Notes - I use this place to tally any extra time I accumulate. Since my timer can only hold 90ish minutes, any time I earn more than that, I use the Notes section as a time bank to save them for something. Usually to watch a movie or play a video game.

I only have the timer on while I am in the house. And if there is ever a time when the timer runs out, I have to either get out of bed, or stop what I am doing to complete at least one more task on the list for 10 minutes or restart the timer as is ( how ever much time it restarts with ).

Also when I am completely finished for the day, I rip out the page and throw it away for a dice roll for extra time ( I earn between 20-120 minutes depending on the dice roll )

I know this is bizarre but it is how I keep my mind focused on like really small tasks that are otherwise too boring for me to even think about. Like, I need to be able to take care of my Human self so, this is the bare minimum of that I feel. Also the slots give me a chance to see if I am overdoing it in any area

Like if the For Tomorrow section is too full, " I need to conserve my money more next week "

Or if I have too many Top Priorities, " I need stay-cation/hermit for my sanity. "

Too many Appointments/Calls " I don't need to talk to anymore people today. Socialization complete. "

And the To-do Tasks range from either Self Care, Cleaning, or sometimes self talk or eating if some of the other tasks feel very daunting and I know it needs more time.
