1. After an hour
In less than a third of an hour after a person smokes the last cigarette, the following happens:
The heart rate begins to decrease, then returns to its normal rate.
Blood pressure is affected as it begins to decrease.
Blood circulation can begin to improve at the same time.
2. After 12 hours
After 12 hours or half a day from the time of quitting smoking, the following happens:

3. After one day
