Have you ever been through the storm of a friendship breakup, only to hear dismissive remarks like, "Come on, you were just friends"? It's a refrain all too familiar, a reflection of the widespread misunderstanding of what a genuine friendship can be . what others neglect is just like the end of a romantic relationship, the end of a friendship requires a period of mourning. You may find yourself struggling with a range of emotions – sadness, anger, confusion, and even relief. It's okay to mourn the loss of what was once a significant part of your life, and it's essential to give yourself permission to feel and process these emotions fully. you are going to miss them,to hate them ,to start thinking about your memories , you will blame yourself and cry your eyes out for losing them .Their memory will haunt you for certain time , we can't forget such a close person in one or two days , don' expect that and it's totally okay ; we are humans after all and feelings can sometimes be out of control .Moreover, friendship breakups can impact one's social circle and sense of belonging. Mutual friends may feel torn between loyalty to both parties or may take sides, leading to feelings of isolation or loneliness. It can be challenging to navigate social situations where your former friend is present, especially if there are unresolved tensions or lingering feelings of hurt. But believe me this ain't the end it's only a fresh start and yes i admit it it's a very tough one. Navigating the terrain of a former best friend can be a journey filled with emotional turbulence, but it's also an opportunity for profound growth and self-discovery. Forgive don't wait for an appology cause forgiving ensure the move on , don't ressent your former friend no one is perfect so you are and remember that you may not see the things from the same point. As time passes and the sting of the loss begins to fade, you'll find yourself at a crossroads – do you dwell on what's been lost, or do you embrace the possibilities that lie ahead? While it's too normal to look back on the memories shared with an EX best friend, it's essential not to let nostalgia hold you back from embracing new connections and experiences. Moving forward doesn't mean forgetting or invalidating the bond you once shared; rather, it's about honoring the past while embracing the present and future. However, it's crucial to know that wishing them well doesn't mean a desire to rekindle the past. Instead, it's about letting go of the past with grace, holding onto the memories that shaped you, and sincerely wishing them nothing but the best as they continue along their path. You may think that what i am saying is something impossible and hard to believe but i've been through that before and i know what a friendship breakup looks like . Not a lot of people will tell you this but losing a friend that used to be a part of your daily life is kinda painful but you are strong enough to handel this pain. It's alright to cry, to think about texting them, to wonder if they are doing well or if you ever cross their minds , What is essential is to move forward and knock on new doors! Take a piece of paper ,write down you feelings and talk you yourself like you have never done before and then burn it and im sure that you will feel a million way better .So, dear reader, take heart in the knowledge that every ending is a new beginning in disguise, and the best is yet to come and don't forget that you are not alone.
