Good evening. It is an honor to stand before you today at the Republican National Convention. We gather here not just as members of a political party, but as patriots united by a shared vision for America—an America where freedom, opportunity, and justice are not mere words but the lived reality for every citizen.

Today, I want to talk about the American Dream. It’s a dream that has brought countless people to our shores, including my own parents. They came to this country with nothing but a belief in the promise of America—a promise that if you work hard and play by the rules, you can achieve anything. It’s this promise that has defined our nation for generations, and it’s this promise that we must protect and preserve for future generations.

We are at a crossroads. The values that have made America the greatest nation in the world are under attack. We face a growing movement that seeks to undermine the very principles that have made us strong. They tell us that America is a land of systemic oppression, that our institutions are irredeemably flawed, and that the only solution is to tear everything down and start over. I reject this vision of America.

I believe in an America where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background. I believe in an America where hard work and merit are rewarded. And I believe in an America where we come together to solve our problems, rather than letting our differences tear us apart.

One of the most pressing issues we face today is the erosion of free speech. The right to speak your mind without fear of retribution is the cornerstone of any free society. Yet, increasingly, we see voices being silenced, ideas being censored, and dissent being punished. This is not the America my parents came to. This is not the America our Founding Fathers envisioned.

We must stand up for free speech, not just in our laws but in our culture. We must create an environment where ideas can be freely exchanged, where debate is encouraged, and where the best ideas win out. This is how progress is made. This is how we move forward as a society.

Another critical issue is the state of our economy. For too long, we have seen a system that favors the wealthy and well-connected while leaving ordinary Americans behind. We need an economy that works for everyone, not just the elites. This means cutting red tape, lowering taxes, and creating an environment where businesses can thrive and create good-paying jobs.

We also need to invest in education. Every child in America deserves access to a quality education, regardless of where they live or how much money their parents make. We need to empower parents to choose the best schools for their children and hold those schools accountable for delivering results.

And let’s not forget about healthcare. We need a system that provides quality care at an affordable price. We need to put patients and doctors back in control, rather than bureaucrats and insurance companies. We need to encourage innovation and competition, rather than stifling it with burdensome regulations.

Finally, we must secure our borders and reform our immigration system. We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws. We need an immigration system that is fair, that prioritizes the needs of American workers, and that upholds the rule of law.

In closing, let me say this: The challenges we face are great, but so is our resolve. We are a nation of problem-solvers, of innovators, of dreamers. We have faced tough times before, and we have always come out stronger. I have no doubt that if we stay true to our principles, if we fight for the values that have made this country great, we will overcome these challenges and build a brighter future for all Americans.

Thank you, and God bless America.
