The story of untold breakup

A girl named Izzie fell in love with a boy she used to refer to as a brother, but he wasn't her actual brother. They attended the same school. She was getting past over her last breakup that happened in January. The boy named Webster offered her support and courage during her emotionally trying times. They were good friends but never talked to each other much. Webster was Lily's male best friend who was also Izzie's best friend. Webster and Izzie were related through lily although they were all classmates. They had a group of four to five people who always used to be together. Izzie was feeling better and was getting back to normal. Slowly, she was emerging from her breakup zone.

It was Webster's caring nature that influenced Izzie. They used to talk to each other, do assignments together and spend some time. Each of them had feelings for the each other somewhere but never expressed them. They also didn't realize they liked each other, either.

A science exhibition was approaching in school. The group decided that they should also take part in this. They divided themselves in two groups. Izzie and webster were in the same group. Lily somehow managed for both of them to be in the same group so that they can spend some time and know each other better. Izzie’s parents did not give her phone to use but during the exhibition time she managed to convince her parents to give her phone as she had to discuss something related to the project they were doing.

She sent him the first text – “Hello”

He- “Hi”

She- “Are you busy”

He- “No not at all”

She- “I have something to ask you”

He- “Yes! Please go on”

She- “Do you have a girlfriend?”

He- “No”

She- “OK. Do you believe in love?”

He- “Yes I do but never got one”

She – “Okay.”

Then suddenly Izzie’s father came and took the mobile away. Thankfully she deleted the messages. Izzie understood that he is interested in relationship.

During the rehearsals of the project, they talked a lot, they had fun with each other. The day of exhibition came and they slowly started understanding that they like each. Both of them liked each other’s presence.

Then at the end of their school session lily forced Izzie to express her feelings or else it will be too late.

They sat on the same bench and proposed each other. Both of their hands trembled with nervousness as he tried to hold her hand

Their bond grew stronger every day. They were having a great time and then suddenly after six months of a happy and healthy relationship during the exam time he said her that he needed some break from their relationship. She was numbed and didn't know what to say. She questioned him, but he remained silent. He went along and Lily said Izzie,” Listen Izzie, webster no more wants to be in this relationship. He has some family problems going on. His father saw the chats between you too and beaten him with rod.”

Izzie had no idea webster has been feeling this. Izzie thought that “I never knew things would come to this situation where for family problems webster would leave me. We should be together so that I can give him support.” Her heart was broken. She tried approaching him for days, but he never responded. She ignored her like hell. Since they were class-mates he could not avoid her much but yes, he did as much as possible. She tried to harm herself. In that moment lily was the one that handled Izzie or else she could have don’t anything to herself. Izzie was in shock for weeks and months. What hurt her more was the rumor she heard about webster that after one week of breakup he was hitting on some other hot ass girl. This rumor transformed into truth when Izzie saw them siting together and having lunch. Izzie felt as if the earth had collapsed on her.

After investigating with classmates for many months, Izzie got to know that webster said everyone that he felt captive in this relationship and that Izzie used to always rule him. When Izzie got to know about this, she was enraged because her reputation was being hampered for something she did not do. Everybody in the class blamed Izzie but nobody understood her emotions. She had all the strength she needed from Lily. Webster never provided her with a proper reason for the breakup. She had no choice but to give up. The situation had to be endured.

After a period of trauma, she gradually recovered with the support of her close friends. Izzie was now content and happy.

Izzie’s life went on with the half breakup story and she never forgot this. Webster and Izzie were now both happy in their lives.
