In the tranquil town of Blackwood, settled among the old oaks, stood a glorious house known as Oakwood Estate. The house had a long and celebrated history, with stories of its previous inhabitants going down through ages. Quite possibly of the most scandalous story spun around the sad demise of youthful Isabelle Montgomery, the girl of the estate's most memorable proprietors, who was said to have kicked the bucket under secretive conditions. Her passing created a dull shaded area over the home, some accepted her fretful soul actually spooky the grounds.

Wisdom of scammerS
“All that is good in me, started with you” -Darim Since the moment I started back on Vocal, I have been warned of the scammers. I have seen endless comments and stories about them and of course, plenty of oracles telling me they will come. They were right. Some have come, to leave their comments; to blast their latest unproofed and unedited stories: but even more so, they have come and stolen our time and attention. Time we cannot get back, spent on warnings and prophecies.

Lessons from my 2nd Youtube video
Lesson 1: Perfectionism is insecurity in disguise. When making this video I learned that perfectionism is insecurity in disguise because I didn't know how to edit whatsoever; so I simply went outside and started to film the thing I was doing at that time and tried to make it into a story. And when I was tweaking the music, cutting the scenes, and placing graphics for a comedic effect I got lost trying to "make it perfect." As if I feared to have my imperfect work seen by others. And this caused me to spend a crazy amount of time editing when it shouldn't have taken me that long. I was covering my insecurities. So I ended up learning more than editing videos, which was the main reason why I made this, I learned to not be afraid of imperfection.

My Outlet. Top Story - July 2023.
My reasons for writing on Vocal are probably not the same as everyone else's. I don’t just post on Vocal to enter the contests. Nor do I write just for the views or the comments. I’m actually writing for my mental and emotional health.
