I'm not going to tell you the basics
like sharing regularly and brushing your
teeth once or twice a day most of you
already figured that out by now First
Impressions matter maybe even more than
you think which is why you want to glow
up as fast as possible and make this
summer or the next one the best one yet
without wasting any more time I'll share
what I did to glow up myself pick a
style and don't forget accessories
probably the fastest way to improve your
appearance and boost your confidence
besides getting a haircut in short wear
clothes that fit you well unless you
pick a baggy kind of clothing style
let's say you picked the well-known old
money style this style sticks to basic
colors like black white gray navy blue
beige and brown because they're easy to
mix and match the overall designs of
shirts and pants are simple and classy
creating a Timeless look that will never
go out of style whatever style you do
end up picking elevated by wearing some
kind of jewelry make sure that the
necklace bracelet ring or watch
complements the style just don't overdo
it and one piece is definitely more than
five train your voice there are only a
few things you can do in order to sound
more masculine start by speaking slower
as the skin gives you more time to
gather your thoughts you'll
automatically come over as more
confident and your words will start to
have a bigger impact however you have to
strike a balance if speaking too slowly
will have the opposite effect making
each conversation feel more Awkward
always pay attention to your posture
along with your breathing when speaking
the remaining options are either to dive
more into some techniques like humming
or trying to mimic a mask and role
you're familiar with whether it's a
character in actor portrays or a public
speaker it doesn't matter who as long as
you admire his way of speaking take care
of a haircut that suits you find a
hairstyle that suits you and then put in
the effort every day to style it a bit
because unless you're rocking something
like a buzz cut you always have to apply
one product to make sure it falls or
lays as it's supposed to the only thing
I need is a hairspray and I do prefer
hair sprays over the other options
mainly because it's very fast I just
comb my hair hold it in place while
using the hairspray here and there and
10 seconds later I'm done my current
hairstyle is very similar to DiCaprio's
classic 90s look they've thrown a bunch
of names towards this one so I have no
idea what to really call them nowadays
most people gravitate towards hairstyles
that are low maintenance which refers to
a hairstyle that lasts longer and
requires less effort to style and since
I go to the barber only every three
months or so makes this hairstyle a good
example adopt confident body language
two words good posture as I've mentioned
before simply stand upright with your
shoulders back and avoid crossing your
arms and legs also pay attention to your
posture when you're sitting down
immediately improve your facial
structure by keeping your entire tongue
pressed against the roof of your mouth
read people with a firm handshake and
maintain more eye contact during
conversation when you're the one
speaking but don't ever do this stop
fidgeting is that type of nervous
Behavior not only undermines your
confidence but most likely annoys those
around you I have a morning and evening
skincare routine sadly this meme is not
entirely true otherwise this chapter
would have been over in the next five
seconds we guys don't use makeup which
does serve as an advantage if we're
talking skincare because makeup does
have somewhat of an impact on the skin
if you don't have a simple skincare
routine in place yet I'd suggest you
find out what your skin type is and then
look around for a product that's
tailored to that skin type use it every
morning upon waking up and the evening
before bed if you have acne and work out
consistently use it after each workout
shower as well you could leave it at
that but I personally also use a balm
after I've cleansed my face the skincare
routine isn't time consuming at all even
with applying a balm as an extra step
but it's optional but I strongly
recommend it as it moisturize repairs
and protects your skin more all of my
current skin care products are from the
brand La Roche Posse their products seem
to treat my acne well over the past
couple months whether you have acne or
not stop unnecessarily touching your
face bring more of the right water I
avoid tap water at all times and I
recommend you to do the same obviously
the quality of your tap water depends on
where you're from in terms of how much
estrogen bacteria and so on is in there
but I just don't drink it at all even if
the quality is said to be good bring
water is without a doubt the healthiest
water out there and it does taste better
either way drinking water is definitely
a step in the good direction and will
have a positive effect on your life
you'll have healthier skin feel less
tired and experience fewer headaches but
if you have the money for it invest in
some more high quality water as not all
water is the same work out consistently
develop and follow a workout schedule on
a consistent basis the intensity of the
workouts is up to you just know that the
vast majority don't work out which puts
you ahead of most people if you're able
to be consistent with your schedule
personally I follow a custom-made Push
Pull Leg schedule that I've perfected
over the last few years so I work out
three times a week just remember that
recovery is just as if not even more
important you break down your muscles
during each workout and rebuild them
stronger during the rest days nutrition
obviously plays a big role in this
process as well but you have to research
that yourself depending on whether
you're cutting bulking or just
maintaining your current weight extra
sauce ready because I'll just wrap this
up by sharing some key tips and Rapid
Fire kind of fashion clean your bed
sheets every two weeks for better
overall hygiene cut your nails every one
to two weeks and keep them clean from
your body hair regularly pick up a new
hobby or learn a new skill that'll
instantly make you more interesting and
attractive to other people adopt a
positive mindset just trust the process
avoid a unibrow at all costs by tweezing
your eyebrows avoid Rusty lips by
keeping them moisturized if you can grow
a beer do so as this will help to hide
certain imperfections like acne and so
on overall it's an easy way to look more
masculine and attractive if you can't
grow a beard yet shave regularly aim to
get at least six to eight hours of sleep
a day sleep is one of the most
underestimated drugs so to say try to
get a bit of a tan in order to make your
skin glow and don't forget to use
sunscreen improve your smell by either
using cologne or deodorant cut out bad
habits like fast food and prawn
