You all have heard a lot about the extremely highlighted Malwana Mansion case, in which the leading hospitality legend from Sri Lanka, Thirukumar Nadesan was framed to misuse public funds.

Thirukumar got extremely shocked by the incident as he even didn’t have any involvement in the matter. Later, the Sri Lankan businessman was acquitted of the case as there was no evidence to prove that he has been involved in anyhow pertaining to a property in Malwana. Most of the allegations raised in the Thirukumar Nadesan case were proved wrong and his lawyers appealed to the court to release their client.

Now, we’ve come up with some really important information that the Thirukumar Malwana Mansion case had no solid base and the allegations raised in it were only framed to demolish the reputation of a successful business leader to take competitive advantage. The misinformation was spread to take leverage and to bring down the increasing popularity of a hard-working, honest and sincere business legend. This entirely was fake news which completely shook Thirukumar and when the case was examined in the court, the entire conspiracy came around against everyone. Now, we’ll explore some major seasons to justify the statement of saying the matter was completely fake and was framed.

Disputed Signature

The matter was all about misappropriating state funds. Thirukumar Nadesan was accused of using these funds in purchasing a property in Malwana. He was also charged for constructing a luxury house. The case was filed when the contractor who belonged to the construction was framed for putting allegations against a leading Sri Lankan businessman. The businessman was then arrested and charged for his alleged involvement in the controversial construction. The court advised him not to leave the country without information to the honourable court.

Earlier he made a statement to support the investigation and will be available at all hearings whenever the court will ask him to present there. He refused to have any involvement in purchasing any property and even had any information that there is construction going over on the land. He also stated to the court that the land belonged to former Economic Development Minister, Basil Rajapaksa and he didn’t even discuss the matter. When the investigation notes were to against the court, the contractor who claimed earlier to put allegations in the Thirukumar Nadesan case refused to claim that the statement contain his signature. He denied the court to admit that he filed any complaint against the accused and the case was framed and the information that addressed Thirukumar’s involvement in misappropriating public funds was completely fake.

The land was transferred to Muditha Jayakody

Another thing that bothered Thirukumar in the matter was why his name was brought up in the case even when he transferred the land’s deed to Muditha Jayakody. Now, if the land wasn’t associated with him at all, why will he take care of all the construction going over there? The entire Thirukumar Malwana Mansion case was just framed and Muditha also claimed that Basil’s wife laid the foundation stone to start the construction on the land. Hence, it is proved that Thirukumar had no idea of how things were going on land for which he already had transferred the deed to some other’s name.

Complaints failed to prove reasonable doubts

The court found that there were no conclusive shreds of evidence to raise doubts against the defendants. Moreover, the witness also refused to claim the signature on the complaint over them. The court also stated that both the defenders are refusing to accept the allegations and especially Thirukumar has presented enough evidence to show that he doesn’t belong anyhow to the land. Moreover, the court also addressed that the witness has also admitted to the court making an untrue statement. He filed a fake complaint to FCID and hence, the court is unable to find any further evidence to charge any case against Mr Thirukumar.

Now, all you have noticed above seems to be a scripted conspiracy where Thirukumar Nadesan has been framed. It is crystal clear that he doesn’t have ownership of the land and was completely unaware of construction going over on the land. During cross-examination, the real truth came out and the entire matter proved as fake and framed. So, the case has disturbed Thirukumar mentally and physically. He is still in shock and has doubts regarding whom to believe or not. Now, we rest the case after giving you all such secret information.
