I turned 20, and I have been going through a lot of changes in my life. This last revolution around the sun has felt like a long one. It may be the isolation of a pandemic or just a bad year for me, but I went through many personal changes in 2021.

I think that inside every adult is the heart of a child. We just gradually convince ourselves that we have to act more like adults. Shigeru Miyamoto

In my 20s, I have been going through many changes — from making my first New Year’s resolutions to the pressures from society and family expectations.

In my 20s, it feels like you are supposed to go through these changes steadily and steadily become yourself.

But that was not the case with me — I had quite the rollercoaster ride in this last revolution around the sun. Sometimes, when I’m feeling frustrated and don’t know what to do next, I remind myself of the things that I’ve achieved and those in front of me. It’s essential to be mindful of our own progress and not focus on what we haven’t done.

Here are 8 Things I learned In 20 year of My life.

Logic Is just Framework

Logic is a framework for organizing and thinking, but it can be misleading and not necessarily the most efficient way to make decisions.

Hearts and voices are different from logic and reasons. While analyzing any situation, we should remember that logic is just a framework. Humor, feelings, and emotions enrich it make it our own.

The most effective tools for understanding situations are the ones that help us to feel what we’re seeing and experiencing.

This is because our intuitions tell us what’s right or wrong in a particular situation and allow us to react with maximum efficiency and effectiveness even though we may not be aware of them consciously.

A great example of such a tool is the movie Titanic, released on April 15th, 1997, after an almost decade-long wait for its release date. The film caused a stir in Hollywood with its high-quality production values, amazing visuals, and intriguing storyline (unfortunately).

Why should change other person mind

We will be misunderstood by most people. It’s not worth it to worry about what other people think.

The most important thing is to focus on yourself and make sure you are happy with your life.

At the end of the day, we all want happiness.

Too often, people spend their energy on other people who are not present. It’s an exhausting feeling that can make you feel drained.

Before explaining, defending, or justifying, let us practice asking ourselves, Why do I want to change this person’s mind?

Take Fun seriously

Fun is one of the most important things that we as a society need. It helps us to connect and communicate with others. It allows us to be creative and experiment with new ideas and concepts.

A lot of people believe that if you don’t take something seriously, you can’t create quality work or meet your goals.

At the end of the day, if I can say I had fun, it was a good day. Simone Biles

However, this mindset prevents us from exploring things that are enjoyable and letting our creativity flow freely.

If you’re serious about creating fun, then you should be able to find the time to explore new activities and ideas without worrying about the outcome of your project.

If you’re serious about creating fun, then you should be able to find the time to explore new activities and ideas without worrying about the outcome of your project.

The importance of fun has been affirmed by many influential people over the course of history. The examples include William Shakespeare, Napoleon Bonaparte, Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin and Leonardo da Vinci who all considered the importance of Fun as a necessary part of their work ethic.

Let other learn their truths

Sometimes we will see people deeper than they see themselves in certain spaces.

We all have those moments where we catch a glimpse of what they are truly about and why they do the things that they do.

Some of us might even be able to predict some aspects about them just by watching their movements and mannerisms as well as how they interact with others.

We tend to impose our own values on them from the outside when they might have been fighting for something different all along.

In order to let people grow and be their truest selves, we must let them arrive at their own truths by themselves through trial and error processes.

It’s alright to forget some people

When we feel like we’re all alone in our struggles, it’s alright to forget some people.

It’s really the people around us who make our thoughts feel at home in our minds. It can happen with people who left us long ago or with those who are still living with us.

Sometimes, it can even be about people that we hold dearly and never want to forget even though they are gone now.

I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand. Confucius

Some of us may have forgotten certain people from our past. We don’t feel as if we can leave them behind and that they deserve to be forgotten because we know that they will be with us wherever we go and whatever we do.

Some of us may have had a special relationship with someone who is either no longer with us or has already passed away.

Some of us might even forget the names of people who are still alive but no longer in our lives — such as friends, family, or significant others.

Our journeys lead us to timely posses. We must remember the people who make our thoughts feel at home in our minds.

We wilt and bloom like nature

There is always a time for wilt and there is always a time for bloom. As humans, we cannot escape the cycles of life. We need to accept our wiltings as well as our blooming stages in order to live happier lives.

The human’s natural cycle of life includes the wiltings and blooming phases. It is important that people accept these stages in order to live optimally and fully enrich their lives.

Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather. John Ruskin

In life, we tend to go through periods of good and bad times in a cycle With that in mind, it is important to appreciate what you’ve got and know when to get back up again.

Our paths in life are often challenging and tumultuous with peaks and drops, highs and lows.

But when we accept the wilt as deeply as we appreciate the bloom, our paths will be smoother.

Be an amateur or beginner

Beginners bring fresh approach to their work. They have a beginner’s mindset, which is not just about being a beginner, but also about being optimistic and eager to get started.

They believe that knowledge and experience will come with time and understand that the only way to learn something new is by doing it.

The benefits of being an amateur are worth the risk involved in not knowing what is coming next or how things will turn out!

But sometimes it’s also true that being an amateur means having more fun with your craft than when you’re struggling with your fear of failure. It means playing in a more open-ended way with creativity. And it can sometimes mean having less competition too!

We cannot control who we become, but we can direct ourselves.

The following quote by Carl Jung is a reminder that we cannot control who we become, but we can direct ourselves. It is our choices that shape us. It is our decisions that create the people we are. And it’s up to us to decide what those decisions will be.

We are not born into our circumstances. We choose them.

We cannot control who we become, but we can direct ourselves. We must find the resources to turn situations around and make something positive happen out of the negative situation.

We often take on roles based on societal norms, culture, and expectations. We become doctors because society expects us to be doctors.

Life is a beautiful journey. It’s full of ups and downs, moments of happiness and moments of sadness, but it’s always worth the time spent.

There are lots of life lessons I need to learn. Some are easier to learn than others, but I am sure that each lesson will make me stronger for the next one.

When you’re sad or lonely sometimes it’s hard not to feel hopeless about the future, but just remember that there is always hope in anything you do — no matter how small it may seem.
