Confessions of a Former Alcoholic Part 4

People need to be guided towards healthy habits regularly rather than using addictive products again. I'm almost at that point now. My life was great when I didn't drink alcohol 3 years ago, and now I attribute it to stress. It's not the stress from my job, but the toxic behavior and overreactions of my elders.

So now I really want to help alcoholics and their children who are now moving to another country permanently.

I have a habit of stitching up my own wounds because I don't trust anyone. As I said in previous sections, when I introduced some financial innovations to my family, they stabbed me in the back. That's why I decided to keep my family ignorant.

I usually write and listen to music while I'm intoxicated and  I just disregard my elders or family members and get on with my life when they phone or message me.

If your family treats you like an animal, I think it is right to use any kind of psychological violence.

I only now understand why people only love animals now. Because humans are creatures that can't be loved. You can see this especially on social media. Let me tell you a story. My brother had a cat, and it fell from the 6th floor. We needed to take it to the vet quickly, and while we were taking it to the vet, it pulled to the right and bought a cigarette. I already cut off contact with my older brother that day.

I can see why people are exclusively interested to animals. due to the fact that people are unlovable. This is particularly evident on social media. Let me share a tale with you. The cat that belonged to my brother fell from the sixth story. It pulled to the right and purchased a cigarette as we were transporting it, and we had to go to the veterinarian. That day, I had already severed ties with my elder brother. We still don't communicate even after he had a kid. I'm considering hitting him with a stick if we ever get into a heated argument again. Some people truly deserve to be hit with a stick.

I'm not suggesting that everyone is bad, but individuals have the right to choose their family. I think these people should take another surname.

What separates humans from animals is generally willpower. As individuals, we all have a fight or flight cycle. Alcoholics tend to turn to alcohol, but I've come to the conclusion that this habit should be addressed through art and sports.

I also have to say something ironically, even as I write this I am drinking beer, but I can give a date that I will quit drinking alcohol permanently next month because we are starting to work on first album.While I usually prefer creating metal music, I believe it would be more effective to create rap music that focuses on educational themes.

Since I was a little child, I had read books, but until now, I had never looked at religious texts. As far as I can tell, religious literature includes really amazing teachings and lessons. I have been reading them recently.

What I mean is that there are so many people living in the world, and as an individual, I have to say that every person is alone.It's also important to note that you can't meet people online.

If you really want to meet someone, you have to abandon social media.This was a very important lesson I learned 5 months ago.Sitting in front of the computer for long hours only harms people.
