A New Life in the Fast Lane: Josh’s American Adventure Begins

From Transatlantic Moves to High-Stakes Parties, a Teen Millionaire Finds His Footing

Josh van der Haagen stirred awake to the clamor of workmen outside his new home, the late morning sun filtering through the opaque window of his bathroom. His body ached from the 16-hour flight from Europe, a discomfort even first-class luxury couldn’t erase. Stretching with a groan, he tried to cling to sleep, but the relentless noise won out. Resigned, he rolled out of bed, weaving through a maze of unpacked boxes and furniture to reach the shower. As hot water cascaded over him, he surveyed his new surroundings-his room and bathroom, meticulously crafted to match the 3D models he’d approved. The spacious house, a gift from his father, was one silver lining to this transatlantic upheaval.

Freshly showered, Josh stood before the full-length mirror, toweling off with a grin. Months of gym dedication had sculpted his frame-lean, toned, just right. He rummaged through the chaos of his room for clothes, settling on something casual, then headed downstairs. By the pool, his father, Jonas, lounged with his latest girlfriend, Angela, over breakfast. Her swimsuit hugged her curves provocatively, and Josh couldn’t deny his father’s knack for picking striking women. Angela, nearing 40, seemed pleasant enough, though Josh barely knew her. For a fleeting moment, he missed Tamara, his ex-stepmother and first love-a secret three-year affair that still lingered in his mind.

“Sleep well?” Jonas asked, tossing him a bottle of sunscreen.

“Barely, but I’ll manage,” Josh replied, catching it midair.

“We’ve got paperwork to wrap up-your holdings-and costumes to grab for tonight’s party,” Jonas said. “How about we finish the sale after breakfast and hit the mall?”

“Sounds good,” Josh agreed, digging into his meal.

By noon, the documents were signed, and Josh’s bank account swelled with the profits of internet ventures he’d launched at 14, with Jonas as his silent partner. Now 17, he was a millionaire in his own right-a fact that made him smirk as Jonas beamed with pride.

“Next move?” Jonas asked, genuinely curious.

“Let me settle in first. I’ve got some ideas brewing,” Josh said.

“Then let’s shop,” Jonas grinned. “Burn some of that cash.”

Angela drove them in her sleek, gray convertible-the only car delivered so far. Josh, still two weeks from getting his own wheels, admired its lines and her poise behind the wheel. “Sweet ride,” he called, whistling playfully. Angela flinched, then smiled, while Jonas chuckled, sensing his son’s appreciation went beyond the car.

At the mall, they split up with a three-hour rendezvous plan. Jonas handed Josh a note with the party details-a high-profile bash hosted by a business associate, complete with a dress code. Josh, once sullen about the move, now felt a spark of excitement. First stop: a phone store for the latest iPhone and a local plan. Texting Jonas his new number, he set off to find the costume shop.

The store was a cavernous wonderland of outfits. A saleswoman, Megan, approached-red-haired, curvaceous, and dressed as a flirty pirate. She was older, maybe 30s, but her figure defied her age. “Need help?” she asked, catching his stare. Blushing, he fumbled for Jonas’s note. “A costume for the Santino RF party tonight.”

Her eyes lit up. “That’s a big one. Follow me-I’ll get you a senior rep.” As she swayed ahead, Josh quipped, “Why a senior when I’ve got you?” She paused, smiling. “It’s a hot-ticket event-exclusive costumes, higher commissions. Rules.”

“I’m a junior myself,” he countered. “I’ll stick with you.”

She grinned, leading him to a lounge-like area where she conferred with a stern manager. Returning, she said, “He thinks you’re not a big spender. I’m yours for the day. Prove him wrong?”

“Deal,” Josh laughed.

In a private dressing suite, Megan measured him with a tape, her hands brushing his frame. “You’re in shape,” she teased, her proximity stirring him. She noticed, smirking as he flushed. “Sci-Fi, Classic Horror, or Fantasy?” she asked.

“Show me Sci-Fi and Horror,” he said, intrigued by the party’s vibe.

She returned with a rack of dark costumes. “Dark and brooding, like Morpheus from Matrix Reloaded?” he suggested. Nodding, she fetched three options: Morpheus, Colonel Jenkins from Starship Troopers, and Han Solo from Empire Strikes Back. “These suit you-classy, dangerous, roguish,” she said, eyes twinkling.

He tried Morpheus first, the fit perfect. Megan adjusted his pants, her closeness electric. “This one’s a keeper,” he said, pulse quickening. The chemistry was undeniable-her playful touches, his bold glances. By the time he donned the Colonel’s uniform, their flirtation escalated. She whispered, “I love men in boots,” pressing against him. Seizing the moment, he guided her hands to his arousal, her response eager and skilled.

What followed was a whirlwind of passion-her lips on him, then his on her, a masterclass in pleasure learned from Tamara. Megan’s gasps filled the air as he brought her to a shuddering climax, her professionalism forgotten in the heat of the moment. They moved together, urgent and unrestrained, until his phone shattered the spell.

“Josh here,” he answered, breathless. It was Jonas-Angela had broken her ankle trying on boots and needed the hospital. “Hold on, Dad,” he said, muting the call as Megan teased him further. “She can’t go tonight, and you need a plus-one. Megan’s in-can she join us?”

Jonas agreed, amused. “What’s my costume?” he asked. “Van Helsing,” Josh replied, grinning as Megan sealed their deal with another kiss.

Hours later, after more costume trials and playful banter, Josh paid a five-figure bill, tipping Megan generously. The manager’s jaw dropped, but Josh was already dreaming of the night ahead-party, Megan, and a new chapter in this sprawling American life.
