The 67th edition is nearing the starting blocks, and plenty of pre-race festivities are on tap to burn the hours before green flag. If you look up, you might even see Air Force One making its final approach toward the airport just beyond the Speedway's backstretch.

What is Daytona 500 capacity?

Understatement: There are a lot of people at Daytona International Speedway today.

Last month, the Speedway announced a 10th straight Daytona 500, so we're at capacity.

What is that number?

The stadium grandstands running from the exit of Turn 4 to the entrance of Turn 1 hold 100,500 seats, with many corporate suites between the lower and upper tiers.

The infield adds an unknown number of people, with estimates ranging from 10,000-20,000, depending on who you ask.

Coverage of the 2025 Daytona 500 is set to begin at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16. The green flag is expected to drop about 2 p.m.

The race will be broadcast on Fox, with Mike Joy, Clint Bowyer and Kevin Harvick on the call from the booth at Daytona International Speedway. Streaming options include Fubo, which offers a free trial for new subscribers.
