Wolves and dogs and humans.

Evolution.

By Guy lynnPublished about 15 hours ago 2 min read

About 15,000-25,000 years ago one of the most aggressive, alpha hunting animals gave up being independent in their quest for food, and started to rely on others to provide food to sustain it and provide security for the pack. It started by wolves scavenging for left over scraps of food near human camps, leading to a symbiotic relationship between humans which provided a reliable food source for the wolves and the wolves providing protection and hunting help for the humans. This relationship led to the wolves evolving into dogs which became entirely reliant on humans for everything.

It appears that the same evolutionary process is happening to humans now like what happened to wolves all those thousands of years ago, but this time the humans are doing it to themselves. It started with humans being taught to grow their own crops (agriculture), instead of hunting and gathering in their constant struggle for survival, using their skills and fierce determination to track down and kill their prey to feed the family or clan. building cities to live in. Before that, humans were the most fierce, warrior like creatures that could fight, defend themselves, (every man carried his own personal weapon, wether it was a club, or bow and arrows, a knife, a sword, and knew how to use them. And when to use them) think strategically, create weapons, organize armies. Then they learnt to write, philosophize, invent calculators, so they didn’t have to think problems through for themselves. Now humans have invented artificial intelligence computers, so that now they don’t have to think how to start an email or document for themselves, or create their own art, song lyrics, anything using their own brain. Eventually humans will evolve, but into what I do not know. If history taught us anything, we will become dependent on the computers to provide for us instead of providing for ourselves, and become reliant on big government to run their lives and provide for them, so they won’t have to think for themselves. Sure, we have warriors still today, but a really small percentage of the population. And we have female healers, strong women, who still raise their children and educate them, but more and more we are becoming reliant on government to do all those tasks for us, and protect us. Humans are quickly becoming soft and lazy thinkers. Soon they will become dogs.
