Unbeknownst to him or anyone else in his ranks, one particular route led straight to Elena's location within the depths of the forest

Suddenly, someone spotted Elena's presence amidst their sacred domain_Panic coursed through every fiber of her being as she sought refuge in hiding.

Footsteps echoed ominously around her as soldiers closed in on her position with flashlights illuminating their path through the dense foliage. With no other choice but to flee for her life, Elena ran blindly through unfamiliar terrain while fatigue weighed heavy upon her weakened form.
