The Tower of Echoing Wishes

A tall tower repeated any wish whispered inside it—backward.

People were confused, until someone realized that reversed wishes revealed their true meaning.

“I wish I were rich,” one man said.

“You fear being poor,” the tower echoed.

A woman wished for fame.

“You feel unseen,” the tower replied.

The tower never granted wishes, but it made them honest—which was often enough.
