Standing at the shore, she whispered her name to the waves. The ocean repeated it, soft and endless. For years she had felt invisible, but the sea recognized her instantly. It called her name in tides, in foam, in the pull of the moon. And when she left, the ocean continued whispering, reminding her she would always belong somewhere.
