The Mirror in Room 313

It didn’t show reflections — only replacements.

By GoldenSpeechPublished 3 months ago 1 min read

Guests at the Hotel Aurelia avoided Room 313. The mirror there didn’t reflect the present. It showed your life as it could have been — every decision undone, every dream realized.

A journalist tested it, documenting what she saw: herself wealthy, loved, and free. On the third night, her reflection smiled without her. On the fourth, it stepped forward. On the fifth, she was gone — and her “reflection” checked out of the hotel.

Now, Room 313’s door is nailed shut. But cleaners say they still hear tapping — like someone inside wants to come back through.
