The Man Who Bottled Rainbows
He swore each color had a soul.
By GoldenSpeechPublished 3 months ago • 1 min read

An eccentric inventor in 18th-century Venice claimed he could trap sunlight. He built glass vials and left them on rooftops during storms. When the rain cleared, the bottles shimmered with liquid color.
He sold them as cures for sadness. Blue healed grief, red inspired passion, green brought peace. But soon, those who drank from the vials lost their emotions entirely.
Authorities broke into his lab and found his body surrounded by shattered bottles. Only one vial remained intact — pure black, swirling faintly with light.
It was labeled: “The Color of Memory.”
