The Girl Who Collected Rain
Every drop tells a story of the sky it fell from.
By GoldenSpeechPublished 2 months ago • 1 min read

In a seaside village where it rained almost every day, little Iris collected raindrops in glass jars. She said each drop had a memory—a fragment of the place it came from.
As she grew older, the jars began to glow faintly at night. Her mother told her to stop, but Iris couldn’t. One evening, during a violent storm, she ran outside and opened every jar at once.
The climax: The air filled with voices, laughter, cries—lives from around the world carried in each drop. The storm cleared instantly, and the village sky turned perfectly still. Iris was gone, and in her room, only one jar remained—filled with sunlight.
