How the multi-skilled will survive the future

The division of labor brought about by the Industrial Revolution has placed many human being inside of an endless work loop. Specialization means that you learn a skill or profession
and usually stay in that field for the rest of your life. With the emergence of AI and the velocity and trajectory of its progress, many skills and jobs will be replaced in the near future.
It was never meant for people to live their lives in reputation, working a job until there too old and sick to continue, Then having to depend on the government for SSI. Now AI and robotics threaten the very existence of that work and the rebalance of the human race.
But Capitalism always favored those with creativity and the ability to manufacture and sell their creations.
Specialization allows one to make a living but never attain real death or life satisfaction. As we enter into a more tech based world’ it is easy to get information and educate one’s self in order to gain new skills that generate income. Educating one’s self and mastering many needed services will give you the ability to survive and grow in the future. Before the end of this segmen’, I will give you some ways that you can do that.
For now, let’s talk about the industrial revolution and the division of labor. Life in the Victorian era was more self-contained and was based on one being self-sufficient. Life’s necessities were produced on a farm and clothing was usually sown by one's wife. Labor consisted of maintaining the farm and the family unit. The start of the Industrial Revolution did away with the need to be self-contained when it came to the bare necessities of life. In retrospect; the division of labor split many of the tasks performed on the farm by a family into smaller tasks performed by one person.
In many ways, this began to dum down an individual and eventually the masses into needy servants whose main purpose was to maintain a meager existence while enriching the owners of companies who had the power of production.
The new form of work will be to enrich oneself and others through creativity and innovation. We must discipline ourselves to learn as many skills as possible and create new simple ways of teaching those skills.
In conclusion, leading a non-specialized existence is essential for the survival of humanity.
