This city was designed with intentional pauses—wide spaces between buildings, silent rooms in public squares. Productivity slowed. Presence increased. People stopped rushing through life and started arriving in it.

Five Ten Fifteen Hobby
When we are thinking of hobbies and living life through them do we count it out like you would in a dance but by fives? Have you ever done that when you are doing hobbies and if so how does that make you feel and how much do you get out of your hobbies counting them out and living that way? Or is counting too much and you get confused and can’t live the way that you want if you count it out and then do your hobbies? What are five ten fifteen hobbies anyway? Well yes I said you could count it out but do you really need to? No you don’t you just have to, remember that life has hobbies in it for a reason. We have hobbies in life to mix life up and give us a break. So let's say you're working six days a week and have to take care of your kids and the house, and in the end feel as though you have no time for yourself, remember to just breathe, look around you and see where you can fit your hobbies in. When you breathe and look around, that is like saying five, ten, fifteen hobbies without actually saying it, isn’t that great? It can be because that means you are making your hobbies and life one thing and the flow of it just happens rather than having to remind yourself to do the things you enjoy in life.
