The Want Of Our Lives Involves What Exactly
As we live the lives that we live, what happens, how do we do this? Do we live our lives by doing the things that we need to do or the things that we want to do or both? When we want something, what is it that we do first? Now I know I have asked three questions but I am going to answer them right now. We do the hobbies we enjoy in our lives to give our lives variety and fun, we sometimes even do our hobbies so much that they become a job but I have written a post about that, yes we live our lives by doing the things that we enjoy. We do this so that we are kept on our toes and so much comes out of it because we do the things that we enjoy in life. We do the things that we need to do through our hobbies because hobbies bring us joy and with that we do the things that need doing to live the lives that we want to live. When we want things in life how do we go about getting them? Do we start with doing hobbies and with that you figure out exactly what you want in life? I use all the things that I enjoy to get the things that I want in life. I sometimes start with doing hobbies, reading, and then falling in love with a certain book genre, just as an example.

NO WATER NO BRAIN
Water is the most essential nutrient for human survival, and the brain is one of the organs most dependent on adequate hydration. Nearly 85 % of the human brain is composed of water, which plays a critical role in maintaining its structure, supporting chemical reactions, and enabling communication between nerve cells. Even a mild deficiency of water—commonly known as dehydration—can significantly affect brain function, mood, and overall mental performance. Understanding how water deficiency impacts the brain highlights why regular hydration is vital for cognitive health.
