The original curse didn’t end with a kiss. Aurora’s body was sealed in a glass tomb deep in the forest. Villagers still bring offerings — flowers, candles, songs.
But sometimes, the flowers wilt overnight, the candles go out, and a faint handprint appears inside the glass.
Once every hundred years, someone claims to hear her voice whisper: “You’re next.”
