Missing Transaction ID in Ledger Wallet
Missing Transaction ID in Ledger Wallet

There are a couple of reasons you might be missing a transaction ID in your Ledger Wallet. Let’s go through some common issues and how to resolve them:
Locate the Transaction ID:
To fix this
Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:
- Ledger Live: If you use Ledger Live, the transaction history should display the Transaction ID (TXID). Check for the specific transaction and see if the TXID is listed.
- Blockchain Explorer: If Ledger Live isn’t showing it, you can find the TXID using a blockchain explorer like Blockchain.com (Bitcoin) or Etherscan.io (Ethereum). These explorers allow you to search for transactions by connecting your wallet or using the receiving address.
Reasons for Missing TXID:
- Unsupported Tokens: Ledger Live might not support all tokens. If you made a transaction with an unsupported token, you might need to use Zerion, a portfolio manager app within Ledger Live, to find the transaction.
Solutions:
- Try restarting Ledger Live: This can clear temporary data that might be causing display issues. Close Ledger Live completely and then reopen it. Check if the missing transaction appears after the restart.
- Try Clearing Ledger Live’s App Cache: Corrupted app data within Ledger Live might prevent transactions from being displayed. Clear the Ledger Live cache to see if this helps.
- Verify Network: Make sure you used the correct network (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) when receiving the transaction. An incorrect network might cause the transaction to be invisible in Ledger Live.
- Remove and Re-add Account: Try removing the account associated with the missing transaction and then re-adding it in Ledger Live. This can sometimes refresh the connection and display the transaction.
