Kia Ford Attending The English Premiere Festivities

Chapter Fourteen-Vardying For Goals

By Marc OBrienPublished about a year ago 3 min read

Enjoying a couch potatoe, Tuesday afternoon delight, the Peacock sifted through the daily mail looking for any good junk. ‘I am bored,” Kia Ford entered the picture, “I know it’s the work week but.”

Taking a moment wondering if her colorful assistant developed a devious plan, “why don’t we go out and challenge the relegation zone and visit the foxes. They say the foxes have King power.”

Sounding intrigued, Kia Ford decided to accept the tease and the two headed down the table, searching for the foxes demotion reality.

Arriving at the luxurious mansion, known for its lavish parties, Kia Ford tapped on the door and the entry way magically blew open, giving the pair an observing opportunity.

“We love to vardy, we love to vardy,” attractive foxes exclaimed, dancing in the hallway.

“You would think, vardying was a goal,” Kia Ford turned to the Peacock, acknowledging the interesting scene.

“Well, in some circles, being in the right place is seen as a goal,” the Peacock clarified when a monarchy figure wearing a fashionable bathrobe smoking a pipe appeared, taking control.

“I am King Power the leader of the foxes,” he greeted, “and you are?”

“My name is Kia Ford, a united west ham, and this is my promotional side, the Peacock,” Kia Ford introduced her marketing partner.

“Are you here to get goals?”

“And take home three points, move up the table,” Kia Ford explained.

“Honestly, El Khannours over there handles our goals, he just got one a few minutes ago,”

“Hammer Dammers you need more then two for those three points,” El Khannours announced.

“This was supposed to be a night of vardying, good times, Peacock,” Kia Ford seemed concerned attending the festive setting.

Throughout the evening, goal opportunities seemed kicked around and this one Fox did something wrong to obtain the important life’s winning moment, “Ah, he was clearly offsides,” declared the Peacock.

“That is right,” Kia Ford agreed, “you know we do not have any goals tonight; we must not be very good vardyers”

“But we are keeping things clean,” the Peacock stayed positive, despite the outing’s failing results.

Minutes later the same fox who was offsides got a goal the proper way, “that is Daka,” King Power interrupted, “he has our third goal, now you need four if you do not want to drop points.”

King Power studied the goal difference feeling greed temptations, and his bloody morals suggested, “you know Kia Ford, go outside and there is a young chap, Saint Niclas, wearing a red suit,”

“Yeah,”

“He is a west hammer like you,”

“What is he doing here?”

“Vardying,” the Peacock informed.

“Apparently, there is a goal in his sack,” King Power declared.

Moving and shaking her way towards Saint Niclas the hammer girl stuck out her hand, “rumor has it there is a goal in your sack,” she investigated, wanting confirmation.

“Yes,” Saint Niclas pulled a wrapped package hiding beneath others inside a bag, “it comes from Summerville.”

“A wonderful place to get a goal,” Kia Ford acted very appreciated, knowing it was a gift token.

Later that evening returning home, not goal less, instead realizing her table status the same, “I am getting closer to the relegation world.”

“Do you think we should stop by the sporting good store and get mounting climbing equipment for the paramount mission?”

Giving the Peacock an evil look Kia Ford ventured over towards the Bowen shrine, “we need goals?” She pleaded and that is when wolves assembled using the courtyard as a staging area.

“Peacock,” Kia Ford commanded, “turn on the bubble machine, we are home.”

The playful use of team names and terms like "relegation zone" and "vardying" adds a fun twist to the narrative. The characters’ quest for goals, encounters with various figures, and the eventual return home with a symbolic goal make for an entertaining read.
