There can be a few reasons why you might be facing issues with token approval in your Ledger Wallet. It may be a result of network congestion or Ledger compatibility. Whatever the case may be, we will work you through them.
To fix this
Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:
- Ledger Live Compatibility: There might be a compatibility issue between your Ledger device firmware and Ledger Live version. Check for updates on both and ensure they are compatible. You can find information on known Ledger.
- Incorrect Connection: Double-check that your Ledger device is properly connected to your computer and unlocked. Make sure you are using the official Ledger cable.
- Third-Party Wallet Issues: If you are using MetaMask or another wallet to interact with your Ledger, there might be an issue with the connection between the wallet and Ledger device. Try reconnecting your Ledger or reinstalling the wallet software.
- Network Congestion: Blockchain congestion can sometimes cause delays in processing transactions, including token approvals. You might need to wait a while for the approval to go through.
