Dreams are the whispers of the soul
Listening to Your Soul's Silent Guidance
Dreams never die; they simply sleep within us.
There are those who are born feeling like they don't belong here and who, from an early age, question what they're doing here and the meaning of human life. These people suffer from the first impact of this reality we call physical life; they don't feel integrated, they don't know why, and they've always felt somewhat separate from everyone else.
These people come with dreams within them, dreams of living and experiencing the beauty of simple things. Few things here excite them, and I mean "few" in a double sense, few things and what is little for almost everyone else. A cool breeze on the face, a ray of sun warming the skin, a flower blooming, a bird singing, the sound and smell of falling rain... They typically value and perceive as genuine something that is neglected by the majority since it is natural.
As it appears they have seen everything and feel little in this authentic way, authenticity is clearly a real problem for these individuals. Some call them old souls, others who have simply been around for a long time...
I don't know what to call them; I just know they feel things differently.
These beings carry within them dreams that they cannot recall having when they were born, for they remember them even before they remember themselves. They carry within them an emptiness that these dreams promise to help fill. They dream simply: they dream of love; they dream of the absence of suffering; they dream of freedom and peace. Perhaps they dream of ascending to another reality, one in which they are closer to God.
For them, the struggle is continuous, and how could it not be? When they are forced to believe in so much that they know is not true and that goes against their essence, which they recognize is not conditioned by what is imposed here,
Despite being classified as old, they are pioneers, especially of change; they are the ones who break patterns and establish new ones. They create the beauty of looking at the simple, the essence, the invisible, and the magic that goes unnoticed by others.
For them, everything is possible; the material is as real as the immaterial; for them, miracles exist and are accessible to all. They have known from an early age that everything is interconnected, and they do not need an explanation from quantum physics. They know this by feeling; they learned long ago to look at things with the heart and not just with the eyes. They know that what seems is not always what it is; they know that it can be that, but they also know that it can be that and so much more. For them, there are no limits; they live infinitely, like the universe, because, in essence, they know they are a part of it—a part that is unique and at the same time the whole.
Infinite and eternal, like the beauty of simple things. A breeze, a warm ray of sun, a flower, the singing of a bird, God, love... Whispers of our soul that never die within us.
