CURIOSITY

On a chilly night Carlos and Nia two best friends went to the old memorial high school. The school was closed about a decade ago due to mass suicide of students as well as teachers. After that rumors started that the ghosts of dead students and teacher are there. Both Carlos and Nia were interested in investigating paranormal activities. So, they wanted to know that the rumors were true or not. They took a torch and a thermal camera with them. Both of them had to sneak out of their respective houses to avoid being seen and questioned by their parents.

As they entered the school building, they started hearing whispers from the staircase side. They turned on their touch and camera started walking towards the stair and again heard something, but it was clearer voice than last time. Someone whispered, “get out”. Carlos's feet froze out of fear, but Nia encouraged him. Slowly they started climbing the stairs. On stairs strangely the felt very warm and comfortable. Carlos said, “maybe ghost doesn’t like winter". Nia said ,“yeah they must have felt very cold". Carlos gave her a sarcastic chuckle. Nia heard someone laughing and asked Carlos to shut up, but it wasn’t Carlos's laughter, and then she saw the different temperature reading on the camera. It was too strange for the camera to show different temperatures of the same place. Nia holds Carlos's hand and both of them started running outside the school building…..
