Businesswoman Chapter 241
The New Site
Inside the new company, there existed no home office. The headquarters remained a PO box in Wilmington. Lisa allowed the users to power the site. Each amount of scrolling added to the revenue. No ads popped up on her site. She had gained a million subscribers in ten days and the number kept scaling upward.
She wore blue jeans and a gray blouse. She looked stately and like a stand-out all at once. With a quick glance at her smartphone, she could see the numbers on her freemium platform keep rising. Then the trolls rolled onto the scene.
These Internet urchins began interfering with digital dates and spamming the site with garbage. Swift action allowed her to enter the realm. Armed with experience in computing, she sat down with one of them.
“You’re not going to affect my site adversely. You’re not going to ruin this beautiful space. Do you understand me?”
“I’ve gotta make money.”
“Don’t we all. It’s supposed to be a place for romance yes, but you can earn cash through our affil—”
“I’ve tried the affiliate program. It’s like a landfill. There’s nothing good there.”
“Well, you and your cohorts will be excused from this platform if you do not correct your spamming ways. I’m going to need one hundred thousand credits for my troubles.”
The troll scowled. It wasn’t that much of a malicious grin so much as a playful, sly smile.
“Okay. I get it. We’ll get out of here.”
“Thank you so much.”
Lisa stepped out of the simulated reality. She kept going and felt her arms and then her head to see if she was still real. In her short encounter with the troll, she realized she could use him and his buddies in helping to program the site.
“I’ll utilize them.”

Great Congratulations on the Top story!
Beautiful chapter
Interesting. I'm going to have to go back and read more. I'm also always fascinated by finding people that used the same image as me https://shopping-feedback.today/poets/hallucinations-of-progress%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv class="css-w4qknv-Replies">
As someone who's been following Lisa's entrepreneurial saga for a while now, this chapter really resonates with me. The shift to a fully digital company, ditching the traditional office for a simple PO box in Wilmington, captures the essence of agile business in our era—smart, efficient, and forward-thinking.
Great chapter! I like how Lisa handles challenges with both strength and creativity—can’t wait for the next one!
