The Individualists sat around a fire pit at Loreen’s home. They all wore baggy sweaters and blue jeans. The two women sat on cushions while Entrepreneur Paul stretched out his legs on a mat and held a hand under his head.

“With this rocket deal, we’re going to get interference. I’m not worried about that. I’m focused on getting these rockets in the air,” Loreen announced.

“I think we should be able to fight. That’s what we did before. We’ll do it again,” Lisa asserted. Atkinson continued to lay about like a lazy St. Bernard.

“If we keep our team of lawyers, there will be a chance that we won’t have to worry about state and federal law,” Lisa mentioned.

“Absolutely,” Loreen chimed. “Because of the contract, the Collectivists can challenge all they want. They’ll never have an opportunity to block any of our actions.”

Atkinson exhaled. Loreen and Lisa looked at each other. With their exchanged glances, they knew exactly what the other thought.

“Paul!” Loreen kicked him gently. “Are you even awake?”

“Yes. You ladies have outlined a pristine vision of what we must do as investors in this particular project. I am satisfied with your viewpoints and have nothing else to offer,” Atkinson replied.

Loreen and Lisa smiled. A sense of mirth flourished within all three of the friends.

“Well, we have to stay focused, lawyers or no lawyers. We need to remain steadfast and courageous despite whatever may come flying against our morale,” Lisa propounded.

Loreen clapped her hands. The fire licked around the pit. Atkinson yawned. In succession this all appeared to occur without any randomness. They seemed to work in concert like a finely tuned watch.
