Cool air acted as a relief. It flowed throughout Loreen’s enclosed golf cart. The August sun blazed with an intensity to scorch any plant, animal, or human. Equipped with a filtration system, the cart permitted no allergens to enter the space.

Loreen felt the refrigerator air hitting your face like a sensation. She stood at the eighteenth hole on her property. What she didn’t count on was the rush of emotions in playing golf again. Her mind journeyed to the major deal she and her friends just signed.

It appeared to her she could continue with her boundless optimism. Since she did her homework for the agreement, there remained the residue of confidence. Like a master watch maker, she knew the inner mechanism of the entire deal.

Never did she waver in the face of both Entrepreneur Paul and Lisa’s initial reluctance. When she stood up for the putt, she lasered in on the exact curve to make the ball go. She tapped. The white orb rounded a curve and sunk into the cup.

A feeling of satisfaction coursed through her small frame. She picked up the ball and allowed the sensors on the course to record her birdie.

As the idea of her achievement on the green clarified her purpose, Loreen knew how important this golf excursion had been. She hopped back in the cart and headed to the main part of the sprawling property.

In her mind, she could feel the moments ticking away, easing away into a beautiful chunk of reality. All of her efforts had been geared to garner more funds. A twinge of excitement now directed her path. She felt this as she walked back into the August heat in a moment. What crossed her mind now nagged at her. She sought to just win.
