Barrymore’s office looked tidy enough. He was slim in his face with a belly that protruded slightly over his belt. He stood at five feet eight inches. He stretched out a hand for Loreen to grasp.

“Thank you for coming here, Mrs. Breen. I suspect you have looked into the various nefarious reviews…”

“I have. They all are stemming from one source. It’s a single IP address that I can’t ascertain. But one of your customers really had a gripe about either your work or you.”

Barrymore gulped and darted his eyes around the room.

“My team and I are consummate professionals. We ensure that we’re ready to not only do the job, but do it well.”

Loreen placed her hands on her hips, signifying her usual stance. She looked about the office and then retrieved her smartphone.

“This AlienCool223 reviewer is just an Internet troll that can be neutralized via the site’s moderators. If you continue to do great work, you should be fine. I’m going to send a message over on your behalf to get this troll rolled out of your business.”

Loreen glanced at Barrymore. He had sucked in his gut and seemed like a warrior on his post. The bit of encouragement spurred him on to become even more professional than he already was.

A young man knocked on his open door. He looked down and then up again. “Hey Freddy, do we have an order for the spark….” he looked up at Loreen.

“Jesus, you’re Businesswoman! You’re the most famous person in Delaware!”

“Thank you.”

His name was Damian Cobb. He stood about six feet and looked youngish. “I’m sure Freddy has discussed our reviews. They’ve really put a dent in our operation.”

“That’s why I’m here. All is well now,” Loreen reassured. Everyone nodded.
