Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen halved strawberries

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon dried goji berries

1 tablespoon pure honey

3/4 cup ice (optional, to thicken when prepared with fresh fruit)

3/4 cup fairlife 2% reduced fat ultra-filtered milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. To make in advance and refrigerate, omit the ice.
