Life is about trusting especially yourself if you are hurting today, know that this feeling is only temporary, like all your other feelings. if happiness could leave your heart unexpectedly this helplessness and pain will also leave soon, Don't give up okay,
Notice when you overthink most. is it when you are alone in your room or at night when you go to bed no matter who tells you what, you are not a victim. Whenever you notice negative thought that are coming to you, distract yourself go for a walk. Talk to a friend watch a show. Divert your focus entirely from those thoughts.
PEACE ;
When you start trusting your potential, intentions. good work and hard work, you eventually stop expecting the worst. You start to living in the peace within yourself. Peace within yourself doesn't come with sacrificing your self-respect, Trust yourself and build a life you want then you will heal parts of yourself that you didn't even know required healing.
you deserve happiness;
Remember, back in a school, when a teacher used to make stars in your notebook then how happy that used to make you, you need to rediscover joy in the small things in life. you need to relish small achievements, be proud of yourself you didn't mess anything.
if someone put a smile on your face ,it is worth celebrating and cherishing. I hope you stop expecting yourself to be perfect all the time. I hope you don't criticize yourself too much when things go wrong and remined yourself that you're only human and its okay to fall apart sometimes.
Please don't be cruel to yourself , Be happy in your own way and enjoy yourself. cut off with negative people and surround yourself with positive vibes people to be happy,
You deserve healing;
Sometime you don't get you want, and i know it hurts but you keep increasing the intensity of your pain by putting yourself down by saying terrible things to yourself the kind of things you will never say to your loved one, if you thought something great would come to you and it didn't, I know you put a lot of hard work, time and energy into it, and I know its not easy to get over it, but the truth is, you are staying in the past despite knowing it has slipped away. you are punishing yourself everyday by somethings that has already hurt you enough, please don't break your own heart by reminding yourself of the things that went wrong in the past.
Why are you being mean to yourself when you can practice kindness, your little heart doesn't deserve the kind of pain you are giving it by disrespecting to yourself. Happiness is not going to come you until you come back to yourself and pour empathy love within yourself you will start healing by yourself once you practice kindness.
You don't have to turn yourself into someone you're not just to be liked by others.
