Have you ever wrote a bad review?

Maybe it was not to hurt the person who made the product, or sold you the product. Instead maybe you did so out of the kindness of your heart, to keep someone else from investing time, or money, into something you did not deem worthy.

That is not why the character in the book reviewed a book online. Instead, she really was revolted by the book content. It was a suggested read from a newly met neighbor.

The story of "The Last Word" did not turn out like I thought. There were so many twists and turns in this book that I could not seem to catch up at times.

I almost stopped reading because at one point there is an author character who is writing the story...

I did finish it though. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it.

I have one major requirement for a book. I like surprises and mysteries. I like suspense. However, I must have a happy ending, and I prefer one that is not too cheesy. This one just did pass the cheese test. ;)

Only reason I read it, as it is not my usual style, is because I am part of a local online book club for my county library.

This is something I truly encourage everyone to see if you have available to you through your local library.
