How to develop the passion for writing
Some practical tips to start writing even if you have never felt inclined or have never tried before

Hello everyone, in this article I'll explain how to approach writing and get passionate about it if you're someone who doesn't enjoy writing or has never written but would like to try.
Writing allows us to express what we want on paper, and to do so, you generally have to come to terms with yourself if it concerns something more personal. If it's something more technical, writing courses may be right for you. Personally, it helped me when I was feeling down and to express my emotions in some cases, understanding them better. I've also continued my amateur projects, including a romance novel and a coming-of-age book, and I plan to continue working on them. In short, writing can help everyone in different ways; the benefits are numerous, but perhaps we'll discuss this in a future article.
Below, I'll give you some tips that will help you look at writing with different eyes, perhaps more curious and open to learning more about this topic.
TIPS
Getting Started: Find a Personal Space
To begin, it's helpful to keep a journal, where you can talk about yourself in a conversational, direct way, without thinking too much about the form, but rather about what you want to communicate. You can talk about anything; it's your private space, and you can be yourself.
Read for Inspiration
Reading is another thing. Reading your favorite genre helps make reading less burdensome. Reading can help you develop ideas for your book, improve your vocabulary, and discover new authors.
Seek Honest Opinions on Your Writing
If you want to receive direct feedback on your writing, there are many platforms online, and this can encourage you to continue. Constructive criticism can be helpful, but don't pay attention to people who comment with the sole intent of offending.
Daily Goals
Set small daily goals, and when you reach them, give yourself a small gift—for example, eat a chocolate for every hour you write—to make writing a fun game.
A website for discussion and sharing
Start an Instagram page where you can have more direct contact with readers and create a space for your fans. Post about your passion and follow authors you care about.
Writing location
Choose a quiet, undisturbed place to write, avoid any distractions, and focus on what you're doing.
Weekly schedule
Make a weekly schedule where you'll be working hours and anything you want to note down to remind yourself.
It shouldn't be hard work
If it's a struggle for you, forget it. Writing should be a moment of relaxation, not stress.
Network
Create a group where you can exchange ideas about writing. You'll learn a lot from each other and, why not, form some wonderful friendships.
Believe in yourself
Believe in your dreams, even when you're a little less motivated.
Keep informed
Read the many articles about writing online to stay up-to-date on monthly releases, get advice, and more.
And remember, to be a good writer, you must be a good reader. To be a good reader, you must be a good writer.
We're united at the end of this article, and I ask you: was it helpful? Has anything changed since you started reading? Do you feel more motivated, curious, and want to learn more?
Let me know in the comments if you'd like more advice, or if there's a specific topic you'd like to explore further. I'd love to delve deeper into this topic; it's one of my main interests. I have other things in mind, but I'll only share them with you if you're interested. Let me know if you'd like me to share them with you.
See you next time!
