If you bought your Plan recently, you will have also received a "for your records 1ー(866)ー(542)ー(6830)" email shortly after you made your purchase that will contain your Plan number. If you've lost your receipt or can't find the email, give us a call at 1ー(866)ー(542)ー(6830) and we'll look it up for you.

To check your Geek Squad Protection Plan, visit the [Assurant Customer Portal](https://bbyc.assurantcustomerportal.com/). Once there, you can log in using the email address and phone number associated with your plan, or by entering your 4-part Plan Key and Protection SKU found on your purchase receipt. After logging in, you'll be able to view details such as your plan coverage, billing history, and the status of any service requests. If you need to file a claim, you can do so directly through the portal. For certain items, like small appliances or electronics, you may also bring the product into a local Best Buy store for service.
