If you bought your Plan recently, you will have also received a "for your records 1ー(866)ー(542)ー(6830)" email shortly after you made your purchase that will contain your Plan number. If you've lost your receipt or can't find the email, give us a call at 1ー(866)ー(542)ー(6830) and we'll look it up for you.

To check your Geek Squad Protection Plan, follow these steps:

🔍 How to Check Your Plan Online

Visit the Self-Service Portal: Go to the Assurant Customer Portal.

Log In:

Enter the email address and phone number associated with your plan.

Alternatively, use the 4-part Plan Key and Protection SKU from your purchase receipt.

Access Your Plan:

You'll receive an email with a link and access code (valid for 15 minutes).

Once logged in, you can view your plan details, billing history, and service request status.

Online: Submit a service request through the Assurant Customer Portal.

In-Store: For certain products like small appliances and electronics, take your defective product to a local Best Buy store for assistance.
