Funny and embarrassing experience

Sarah’s first day

By HeiressPublished 2 years ago 3 min read

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Sarah who was about to start her first day of high school. She was really nervous, but she was determined to make a good impression. She got dressed in her new uniform and packed her books and lunch. But there was one thing she hadn't thought about - her period!

Sarah's mom had warned her that it might happen soon, but she was still caught by surprise when she started her first period on the way to school. She had no supplies with her, and she was really panicking!Sarah was really worried, but she decided to stay calm and try to figure out what to do. She decided to go to the school nurse, who was really understanding and gave her a pad to use. She also gave Sarah some important information about periods and answered all her questions. Sarah felt a lot better after talking to the nurse, and she felt more confident about dealing with her period in the future.

After talking to the nurse, Sarah still felt a bit nervous, but she was determined to make the best of her first day of school. When she got to her first class, she was surprised to see a box of pads and tampons on the teacher's desk. The teacher explained that it was there for any girl who might need it, and it was totally normal and nothing to be embarrassed about. This made Sarah feel even better, and she was able to relax and focus on her schoolwork.

Sarah started to enjoy her first day of school, and she made some new friends. But then, at lunchtime, she got her next surprise. When she opened her lunchbox, she saw that her mom had packed her a special treat - a piece of chocolate cake! This made her smile, and she felt really loved and supported. She knew that no matter what happened, she could always count on her mom to be there for her. 😊

After lunch, Sarah had a free period, so she decided to go to the school library. While she was there, she noticed a section of books on the shelf that were about women's health and puberty. She picked out a book that looked interesting and started reading it. She learned even more about periods and other changes that she might experience as she got older. She felt really empowered by the knowledge she was gaining.

Just then, Sarah heard someone come into the library. She looked up and saw a boy from her class, and she felt a bit self-conscious. But then, to her surprise, the boy came over and sat down next to her. He said, "Hey, I saw you reading that book. Do you mind if I ask you some questions? I don't really understand a lot of this stuff."

Sarah was taken aback, but she was also impressed by the boy's honesty and curiosity.

Sarah smiled and said, "Sure, I'm happy to help you understand." The boy started asking questions, and Sarah did her best to answer them, using the knowledge she had gained from the book. They had a really open and honest conversation, and it felt great to talk about something that had always been considered a bit taboo. The boy thanked Sarah for her help, and they both left the library feeling like they had learned something new.

Later that day, Sarah noticed that the boy was much more confident in class, and he even raised his hand to answer a question. He looked over at Sarah and gave her a small smile. It was clear that their conversation in the library had made a big difference for him. Sarah felt really proud of herself for helping someone else, and she realized that knowledge really is power. She felt like she could take on anything, and she couldn't wait to see what else the future held for her. End of story! 😁
