Understanding the pain and finding a way to heal

Heartbreak is a universal experience that everybody feels at some point in our lives.it can leave us shattered,depressed,lost and very lonely.it can occur due to the end of a romantic relationship,the lost of a loved one,or a deep disappointment.it can be a very consuming emotion .it has happened to me more times that I can count and that’s why I will explain to my dear readers hw messed up heartbreak can make someone 💔and how it plays with ur mental and physical health. First let me tell you the physical part or I like to call it “THE SCIENCE OF HEARTBREAK 😅” I call it that cos it became a fact that heartbreak can alter our brain releasing stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline , which often leads to anxiety and depression and sometimes physical sharp pain in the heart.Some people call it social pain buh the way it wrecks one’s social life if it stays long.Normally there are stages to someone feeling heartbroken this are stages mostly start with denial this is when the individual refuse to believe or accept the fact that such unfortunate event has happened mostly occurs in relationships whereas either the man or woman has not yet accepted that the have been dumped or someone not accepting the fact that he hast lost someone.the second stage is mostly anger whereas if the individual is still in denial he or she begins to experience feelings of anger due to the different whirls of emotions at that moment.Then what comes in the third stage is mostly depression and sadness wheats the individual is filled with overwhelming grief and pain that mostly leave people feeling empty inside.And then we have the final stage which probably takes a while but it’s totally worth it and it is called “Acceptance And Healing” it’s a gradual process when u finally come to terms with what you have lost and find a way to break away from depression and find a way to move forward but to be able to move forward I believe u must allow yourself to feel the emotions from getting ur heart broken so you can learn from it and also know what u want in future relationship.Believe me getting ur heart broken can be a very painful experience and to those that might be feeling depressed or heartbroken as the are reading this just remember it’s a universal human experience . However,I believe with time,emotional support from ur therapist or family and self care u will be over it and be able to move forward. But Always remember dear readers Heartbreak is not a form of weakness but rather it shows hw deep human emotion can be nd the endless capacity of human love ❤️.
