In ancient lands where pyramids rise,
And golden sands beneath the skies,
A love for cats did deeply bloom,
In Egypt’s heart, dispelling gloom.
With grace and poise, they roam the land,
Beneath the sun, they make their stand,
In temples grand, they were revered,
Their presence cherished, never feared.
From Pharaohs to the common folk,
In tales and art, their love bespoke,
Guardians of the night so wise,
In Egypt's heart, they mesmerize.
Oh, feline friend, so sleek and fair,
In Egypt's love, you’ll always share,
Through sands of time, your legend stays,
In Egypt's heart, forever praised.
