How I Cleared My Skin
The summer before freshmen year, I began to breakout. I was extremely self conscious about it and it seemed like everyone around me had perfect skin. My mom took me to see a dermatologist and she had me try different topicals and washes but I was allergic to mostly everything. I tried to fix my skin on my own for a year and during that I tried absolutely everything and learned a ton. I was obsessed with skin care and continue to learn about it.

Maybelline has even made an effort to help others find their skin tone by creating a quiz to find the "perfect" match of their popular Fit Me! Foundation. However, after taking the quiz and buying the product myself, I can assure you that there are more cons than pros about this foundation.

I've never had severe acne, however, I had what dermatologists would refer to as "moderate acne". I always had little pimples on my chin and on my forehead, and my skin was always super oily.
