Don't regard "realm" as an achievement.

Self-protection

The "determination" brought about by a person through concentration may not only lead to some biases in behavior, but may also lead to some special phenomena due to excessive concentration of a certain senses.

For example, many people naturally see some pictures (inner vision). It may be a beautiful heaven, or a variety of visions that have never been seen in the world, or even see what will happen in the future.

Some people hear voices in their hearts, which are as beautiful as celestial music from heaven, and sometimes even Buddha or Jesus whispers in their ears. Sometimes it is to hear other people's thoughts, or to realize what will happen in the future.

There are also people who suddenly smell a strange aroma that cannot be smelled in the world, and evoke memories of the past, even not just this life.

There are also people who suddenly taste the taste of nectar in the mouth, which is both sweet and sweet, which is not the taste that human diet can bring.

Some people experience a variety of realms and pictures, as if entering another space. There are also a few people who are particularly sensitive to the temperament of others and can also treat or diagnose other people's illnesses, but are considered to have deep healing skills and regard such kung fu as the achievement of spiritual practice.

Careful observation shows that these experiences are inseparable from the role of a certain sense. For example, through the eyes, we will think more and more carefully. Because we can imagine that any point can become smaller and smaller. Nature can become a singularity and jump out of the scope of simple imagination. That is why we suddenly enter the field of future time from the view, and we can know the past and the future. There are even some wonderful phenomena in brain Haihua, and the concept of "heavenly eye" may be derived from this.

Ears, nose, tongue, body touch, too, can be focused from a corner of time-space, coupled with the role of a singularity, as if to jump out or move to another place. Even combining multiple senses and connecting with each other can produce a more wonderful and complex realm, which is difficult for most of us to imagine.

Yes, with all this kung fu, it is actually quite remarkable. Through concentration, the representative has United the subject and object of meditation through a certain sense. Therefore, standing on the senses, there is an experience that "goes beyond" the general phenomenon.

Western esoteric families, such as Madame Jeanne Guyon and St. Francis of Catholicism, use the word "Presence" to express this phenomenon. This unity is usually achieved through prayer. Although different techniques are adopted, in the end, they are inseparable from the concept of oneness or stop.

In addition to the phenomena brought out by the facial features, some people use the opposite strategy to make people resonate through vibrators, sound, or external stimuli, thinking that they can be settled through resonance. These practices are still inseparable from the scope of the facial features, we can get a certain frequency of communication through the facial features, and think that the external and internal resonance (in fact, it is still external) can bring about the so-called focus or fixation. it is also inseparable from the phenomena brought about by the facial features we talked about earlier.

The most regrettable thing is that one may have fear in the face of these changes, or may think that it represents an achievement. Even, the most regrettable thing is that when some people encounter these phenomena, they will think that they are enlightened, as if they think that their deepest achievements can be expressed through materials and phenomena.

This interpretation is quite common and misleads many people. Not only do they mislead the practitioner himself, but those around him who hear about this phenomenon will also mistakenly think that it represents enlightenment, that this kind of performance represents Tao, and call people with this kind of kung fu teachers.

The best I can do here is to remind you of any material changes, including thoughts, any thoughts, emotions, feelings, senses, no matter how magical, subtle, supernatural and incredible they are. On the other hand, it can also be said that they are only hallucinations extended as a whole, and they themselves are not representative of "determination" and awakening. At best, they only reflect the experience of kung fu.

What I call kung fu here can be said to be a skill, but at best it is only an ability to focus on a certain time-space range. However, the "determination" I am trying to express in this book has nothing to do with this kind of time-space focus. Even, I dare say that this kind of time-space focus, no matter how subtle and wonderful, or even the finer and better it is, may instead bring a greater hindrance and add a higher threshold.

Originally, it was completely effortless to get back to one. At most, it is to move or see through the phenomenon of time-space extension, and the unity will emerge naturally. However, we have to focus on which point or corner of time-space, at most, to solidify time-space and make it more real.

I will make this special reminder here, because I have to say frankly that the most regrettable thing is that the practitioners I have met today, whether they are beginners or years of experience, are inseparable from the external or material level. They all look at everything in the world through "action" or "being", including spiritual practice. Therefore, nature focuses all its attention on various phenomena, realms, dynamics, or states.

This kind of misunderstanding is not unique to any culture. It is almost the same in the East and the West, and they all think that the smaller the realm of "you", the better. I thought I saw angels, Buddha, Jesus, heard heavenly music, saw the sight of prophecy or magical powers. These changes can express your achievements, measure your degree, or what stage of practice you have reached.

Some friends not only think that these subtle states are more real, but may also pursue states such as out-of-body or bardo, as if they are closer to one body than in the world. Many people even pursue this subtle state as the goal of spiritual practice. This point, as far as I have seen in the past, is a common misunderstanding in both the new era and traditional religions.

In this way, everything that can be pursued when standing in spiritual practice naturally focuses on the content of change, "being", experience or experience. Even forget why you want to practice, and even forget the original intention of practicing and practicing concentration.

However, at the beginning, I originally wanted to focus. At most, I wanted to focus through time and space. I hope that through constant concentration, I can purify my mind, let my brain rest, and let my mind disappear and let my heart surface. Unexpectedly, through this kind of practice, nothing has happened and a series of events and phenomena have changed. It's just bringing attention from "you" to another "you" corner. In the process, I still think that I am very successful.

Spiritual practice is to turn a person back to the heart, from the brain to the heart, rather than to take any kung fu or change at the physical level.
