Q: Do you come from a musical family?

[Tifaine] No, I learned by myself.

Q: Is there someone or something that inspired you to be part of the music industry?

[Tifaine] My songs talk the most about "respect yourself and be loved". If you look around you, you can feel that people forget to live together. It's hard to see that.

Q: Do you have a preferred genre?

[Tifaine] My sound is French pop music, mainstream because this is song for everybody.

Q: Tell us about your sound and what sets you apart?

[Tifaine] I love to offer something easy to listen with beautiful music production.

Q: Do you write your own music, or do you collaborate?

[Tifaine] I collaborate with Karine Lubasch, she is songwriter and helps me in this industry.

Q: Are there any challenging aspects to writing and/or recording your music?

The challenge is actually I live in Toronto and Karine in France. We make everything online.

Q: Do you create music for yourself or for fans?

[Tifaine] For me, music is my first therapy. You need to feel right with it. If people like it, it's just Amazing.

Q: Tell us about your latest EP ‘J'veux être un enfant’.

[Tifaine] My first EP is online between 2 months and we receive a lot of label offers and publishers, too. I prefer to wait and make step by step.

Q: In terms of the overall composition, do you have a favorite song on this EP and why?

[Tifaine] My favorite song is "tourment de tes vagues". How Can I explain why ...? I feel good with this song, the lyrics talk about love like waves. It's a story about someone who plays with girls like waves. It's really hard when you are in this beach to come back because with this waves (like love) everything take you far away from you. In this song i Say no to this. That I need a real love and not just few nights.

Q: What song do fans seem to favor?

[Tifaine] My fans especially love "pas besoin de toi" and I like it, too.
