A Life of Music
I feel that I'm only alive because of music. Let me explain, most of us love music and a lot of us feel like we're the only one's that experience music on a deeper level than most. But I can honestly say that music affects me so deeply that it has literally saved my life on a number of occasions, I have suffered from depression for as long as I can remember and I remember the feeling of wanting my life to end around the age of 15. At that time I was on my way to becoming the artist I am today and doing so with my music always in the room or on the go, (it was 1984 so yeah, I had a boom box don't judge.). I had to have it on all the time no matter what to the point that it made my parents crazy, even though it was really their fault. I grew up with my mother playing Fleetwood Mac "Rumors", Chicago's Greatest Hits or James Taylor all over the house, while in the garage on any given Friday or Saturday night, my father would be listening to Merle Haggard, Waylon & Willie, B.B. King, The Rolling Stones or he would have WYSO radio playing bluegrass. I loved all of it and I couldn't get enough of it.

Levitating - Dua Lipa As the first notes of "Levitating" filled the air, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and joy bubble up inside of me. I was at the beach with my best friends, the sun warming my skin and the waves lapping at my feet, and this song just felt like the perfect soundtrack to the moment. We all danced and sang along, the music bringing us closer together as we laughed and twirled around in the sand. For that moment, I felt truly free and alive, with nothing but good vibes and happiness all around me. It was a moment I will never forget, a memory that will always bring a smile to my face every time I hear that song again.

Tommy B was born and raised in a small town in Bristol County, Massachusetts where his interest in music began at the age of seven years old. Growing up in a musical family where his dad performed all throughout the state of Massachusetts definitely helped spark his interest in the industry and passion for music as a whole. After graduating college with a degree in Business Management, Tommy B packed up his things and moved to Pennsylvania in 2014. While in Pennsylvania, one of his goals was to further his music career, and that is exactly what he is doing. While he moved to Pennsylvania in 2014, his music career did not truly begin until the year 2021 when he booked his first public solo show. Ever since then, Tommy B has been performing over 100 shows each year throughout the East Coast and beyond.

Summer is great! or it's not. this playlist was made when I was dealing with a lot while the nauseating scent of summer was reeking of my friends. they all loved the hot long days and they mostly stayed out all night. I, on the other hand, had to work at the coffee shop during the hot days, and by the night I was completely exhausted. Days started to blend, and I often catch myself in numbness. it was this very song that got me to ask myself: Where am I? What am doing with my life? or better where is my mind?
