Reason First: Damon Dash Bankruptcy May Not Spare $4.8 Million Judgment Due To Relentless Lawyer
Damon Dash faces a setback as a lawyer moves to block more than $4.8 million dollars in judgments from being erased in his bankruptcy fight

The woes in Dame Dash’s world continue to grow. A money-hungry lawyer plans to shoot down close to five million dollars against Dash. Already dealing with everything from dentures to child support, he is struggling and thriving at the same time as he claims to have no debt.
One of the shrewdest businessmen in the rap genre, Dash has signaled that he is a great dad, while berating his children, a wonderful husband in his second marriage, and that he is the Ultimate Hustler.
Christopher Brown alleges that he used his clothing company CEO to build up a shady enterprise, hid jewelry, and performed underhanded business deals in the process.
Dash denies all of these allegations vehemently.

In the face of these accusations Dash still seems ready to fight it out with the lawyer. He at once called him intelligent and dumb in the same breath.
If he is to be the hip hop equivalent of Michael Milken, it’s only possible that he continues battling for his position as a highly regarded businessman.
Of all the ways he is entangled in legal disputes, he should win some sort of medal or something. The way that he has been a staunch supporter of the rights to his properties, he should remember that there is a simplicity in governing one’s actions.
He even hinted at stealing on the opponent but knew better because that would be a whole other case.

Copyright concerns fly like hawks in the sky. They represent the various kinds of intellectual properties that Dash is either willing to give up or retain with his talons dug deep into them.
The control that Dame exhibits now into his fifties is something to marvel at right now. His twenties and thirties showed him to be explosive and belligerent. Now, possibly because of the cannabis he smokes, his wife and child, and his legacy have somewhat mellowed the hip hop titan.
Bankruptcy, though, seems to loom over Dash like a pall. He might feel like he’s got the firepower but it will be up to legal proceedings that will hash out all the differences.
His take on the game has been well-documented and transcribed in the halls of law. What Dame Dash ought to do is raise his status to the level of an agent in the field of legal battle.
As a warrior who has been a veteran and a four star rap general for quite some time now, Dash should be able to consider his flaws and separate them from his virtues. By going forward with the amount of legitious conduct he faces, he should prepare for more wars of words.
Dash has the chance to keep his business above board and create a cushion of support around him. Dash accused Brown of stealing from a minor. The attorney won that case against Dash. His whole way of becoming the pre-eminent financial wizard for the rap world might actually be at hand.
What makes Dash so interesting is that he has no alleged debt but is embroiled in so many suits. The bonds he has severed with people in his past may have contributed to his ability to dial back on his more aggressive nature.
Assertiveness seems to be at the root of his effect.
In his own right, Dash has shown himself to be worthy of accolades and the sense that he’s been such a stable boxer in the ring of life. He’s certainly taken a few shots to the chin, but he continues on nevertheless.
If he can stand diabetes and beat his health, he just might recover wealth from his halcyon days.
