When you press play on tracks like “Free,” “Fire On The Mountain,” “High Heel High,” or “Bad Habit,” you're instantly pulled into the powerhouse world of Jacquie Roar. With fierce vocals, undeniable grit, and a vibe that's equal parts rhinestone and rebellion, Jacquie is blazing her own trail in country music—and she’s not slowing down.

Whether you're a diehard country fan or someone who just stumbled into the genre, it’s impossible to ignore Jacquie’s presence. She’s fashion-forward, deeply authentic, and wildly dynamic—onstage and off.

From The Voice to the National Stage

Jacquie earned a coveted Four-Chair Turn on Season 24 of The Voice, eventually making her way to the finale. Since then, she’s been lighting up Nashville staples like CMA Fest, the Opry Plaza, and Whiskey Jam. She's also shared the stage with legends like Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, and Gary Allan.

But it was her recent performance with Jelly Roll at the Oregon State Penitentiary that made headlines and history. She became part of the first live music event on the prison yard in over 20 years.

An Artist of Chaos, Empathy, and Intention

When asked how she’d describe herself and her music, Jacquie doesn't hold back:

“I’m complicated. One minute we’re skydiving through a rock-driven anthem, and the next we’re crying to a ballad. I try to make you feel whatever I was feeling that day. That’s me.”

Jacquie’s songs come from personal experiences, but also from her deep empathy. “I write from my own life, but I also write from what I feel others are going through,” she shares. “Music is meant to make you feel something.”

Influences You Can Feel—and Hear

Her musical influences span decades and genres. You’ll hear flavors of Stevie Nicks, Wynonna Judd, Alice In Chains, and Queen woven into her gritty country style.

“It’s a modern Lynyrd Skynyrd with a slap of Gretchen Wilson,” she says proudly. “I'm ten toes down on my music. It’s a much-needed lane.”

The Highs and Lows of the Music Life

Jacquie is refreshingly honest about the realities of being an independent artist. From releasing singles (instead of a full album) due to cost, to missing her daughter while touring, she shares both the rewards and struggles:

“Traveling is the best part and the hardest. I get to meet amazing people and see incredible places, but I miss my family deeply.”

Her Viral Performance with Jelly Roll

Jacquie’s performance at the Oregon State Penitentiary started as a leap of faith—and turned into a transformative moment. What began as a small acoustic show became something much bigger, complete with inmate-made instruments, a surprise full-band set, and emotional gifts from the audience.

“They chanted my name when I walked in. I was overwhelmed. I felt protected and appreciated in a way I’ll never forget,” she says.

Her story of bonding with the inmates, meeting Jelly Roll, and even doing a surprise onstage duet with him feels like something out of a movie, but it’s 100% Jacquie Roar.

What’s Next for Jacquie?

As of this summer, Jacquie is officially signed to a booking agency and is gearing up to build a tour. With new singles on the way, she’s keeping her momentum strong and her fans even stronger.

“I want to earn your support through my hard work and consistency,” she says. “There’s an artist out there for everyone and maybe, just maybe, I’m yours.”

Jacquie Roar is the kind of artist who makes you feel seen, fired up, and understood—all in the same breath. Whether she’s belting a stadium-shaking anthem or sharing quiet moments of vulnerability, Jacquie is the real deal.

Follow her journey, stream her music, and get ready—because the best is still to come.
