Whats going on everyone my name is Anthony Lopez but better known as Dashboi Ant and I’m coming straight out of Poughkeepsie and Ossining NY.
Me as a person I feel like I’m different from the rest. I’ve always just stood out and been in my own lane and had a unique style and way of doing things. I’ve always been a natural leader in all aspects. As an artist I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best and give it my all in my craft. My ambition and drive are two essentials that take part in my growth and success in the career I love.
In life I have many things I would like to accomplish. I want to build and Have longevity in my career. Eventually Start my own record label, put my family in a better position and eventually start an organization that helps upcoming artists get the proper learning and skill they need to take their careers to the next level. I’m not famous yet and always wanted my favorite Artist to do something similar so it’s my hope to be an inspiration to my fans as I was my favorite artist. I want to leave this earth with people remembering my name for ever.
In 5 years I see my self being one of the biggest artists globally touring the world and giving the people good music to listen to like, 2pac and biggie status. Also see my self having my own record label and taking it to the top, bigger than Motown. I have other plans in the future to also pursue in fashion designing and later down the line invest in real estate later in my career despite being an artist. We can probably look forward to seeing me in film production movies and things as such.
The music world breaks down into a lot of different genres. What I bring to the music world is very different from a lot of Artists. I can expand my versatility and make good music on mostly any genre. From my music that’s out now you can’t go look me up and just find one type of sound I make music that speaks to everyone. I make music that people can relate to no matter how they feel. I try my best to connect with my supporters through my music and stay humble and try to show my love and appreciation as much as I can.
The legacy I want to leave behind is starting a new movement, new sound, the new vibe, new energy and made a difference in the music world. I want my future record label to be remembered as the label that was started by one of the greatest. I want to be not remembered as an artist but as a person who moves the world with his craft and spoke to people around the globe with his craft. I sit back and think of the people who doubted me when I was first starting and just say to myself I’m going to prove them wrong and they will just witness the legacy.

'20/20'
"Do It Again" the track that would ultimately open the Beach Boys final album on Capitol Records which was released on February 10th 1969 had originally been released as a single in August of 1968. The track was the first of many post-Pet Sounds era throwbacks to the early Beach Boys sound which would become continually more cliched and eventually lead the Beach Boys to the level of self-parody they would eventually succumb to in the 1980s while their closest contemporaries The Beatles nearing the end of their run in 1969 would go on to be viewed as the most influential band of all time. However, the song itself is not bad on its surface, and it opens with a futuristic sounding (for 1969) drumbeat captured by then-Beach Boys engineer Stephen Desper using tape delays on the drums performed by Dennis Wilson and John Guerin. The song has been re-recorded numerous times over the years on various Beach Boys-related projects most notably the 2011 re-recording at Capitol studios featuring the five surviving Beach Boys at the time backed instrumentally by various members of both the Brian Wilson Band and Mike Loves touring "Beach Boys" to promote the then upcoming Beach Boys 50th Anniversary reunion tour in 2012. The hammering and power drill sound at the end of the song was an excerpt from a track called "Workshop" that was to be a part of the uncompleted "SMiLE" album.
