It has, built within it, a flaw that makes it bad at what it is meant to do, or at least, what the people who download or sign up for it believe it is meant to do. I say that latter part because the flaw may be intentional, and what the makers of the app consider to be the purpose of the app may not be what the people who download the app believe its purpose to be.
